BrightMLS and Rental Beast Announce Partnership to Bring Rental Market Data andTechnology to the Mid-Atlantic Rental Market

SOMERVILLE, MA, NOVEMBER 9, 2021—Bright MLS, the leading multiple listing service (MLS) in the Mid-Atlantic, representing more than 95,000 real estate professionals and Rental Beast, a rental data, technology and solutions provider, announced today a partnership which will enable Bright’s subscribers to enjoy direct access to Rental Beast’s suite of rental-centric,“lead-to-lease” software tools designed to monetize rentals and streamline every aspect of the leasing process.  

Integrating Rental Beast for MLS with Bright MLS via seamless single-sign-on (SSO) will offer subscribers direct access to a suite of tools and rental data, powerful search, listing ingestion, application processing, and maintenance systems all designed for real estate agents and property managers. In addition, Rental Beast University will give Bright subscribers an interactive educational platform, and programs designed to identify, nurture, and convert renters into homebuyers. The products are expected to launch to Bright subscribers in the second quarter of 2022.
